Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, without the need to provide a reason. This timeframe improves upon the 14-day right of withdrawal that the law recognizes for consumers in the European Union.
How to request a return
Write to us at bilpan661@gmail.com indicating your order number and, if you wish, the reason. We will explain the steps to follow.
Conditions
The product must be returned in good condition and with all its components (hot water bag and plush toy). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order; in those cases, write to us with photos within a maximum of 30 days and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund 100% of the product price using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 days.
Defective products
If your product has a defect, we can offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and feasibility.
