Free shipping

Shipping for your orders is free to all countries we ship to. The available countries are shown during the checkout process when you enter your address.

Timeframes

We prepare and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Delivery is made within an estimated timeframe of 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and city. These are estimated timeframes that may be affected by the carrier or customs.

Tracking

We will notify you by email when your order ships, and we will include the tracking number once the carrier provides it.

Delivery address

Please check that your address and phone number are correct. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not picked up, we may ask you to cover a new shipping fee.
